Fly Transfer requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for online bookings during regular business hours.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a current contact telephone number (including area codes) and e-mail address.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the data provided to the Fly Transfer hotline operator during the telephone reservation and is obliged to send the message
with correct reservation (day, route, time, address, contact telephone number) via e-mail: biuro@fly-transfer.pl, text message to the number: +48 783 149 573 or form on the website: www.fly-transfer.pl
The customer should arrive at the address indicated in the order (does not apply to pickup from the airport or train station) no later than a maximum of 10 minutes after the agreed time. If the driver is unable to contact the customer or wait for him longer, he has the right to leave without informing the customer. Such a situation releases Fly Transfer from liability for the situation and does not entitle the customer to claim any compensation or refund of costs.
If the driver is unable to contact the customer within an hour after the plane lands or the train arrives at the station, he has the right to leave without informing the customer. Such a situation releases Fly Transfer from liability for the situation and does not entitle the customer to claim any compensation or refund of costs.
We monitor flights and trains. The free waiting time of the driver for the customer, included in the price, after the plane lands or the train enters the station is 1 hour. If the driver is unable to contact the customer after an hour of waiting, he has the right to leave without informing the customer. Such a situation releases Fly Transfer from liability for the situation and does not entitle the customer to claim any compensation or refund of costs.
We make every effort to ensure the punctuality of our drivers, but we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from reasons beyond our control and cannot guarantee this (weather conditions, road conditions, unforeseen car breakdown).
The driver will drive the car at a safe and reasonable speed, appropriate to road conditions, traffic and applicable regulations.
The customer is obliged to comply with the order regulations applicable in transport and the recommendations of the vehicle driver.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused by him to the interior or exterior of the rented vehicle and will be charged for any repairs necessary to restore the vehicle to full working order.
In some cases we may use sub-leased vehicles.
If there are any changes or deviations resulting in an extension of the travel route, other than those agreed at the time of booking, the customer will be charged additional costs in accordance with the price list on our website.
If necessary, we reserve the right to change the vehicle or driver at any time.
Our drivers will take the most optimal route for the day, unless the customer provides other instructions at the time of booking.
Fly Transfer and subcontractors’ vehicles are fully insured with passenger and third party liability insurance. however, all customer property is carried solely at the customer’s own risk and Fly Transfer will not be liable for any loss or damage to such property.
Fly Transfer maintains a register of lost items at its office and will make every effort to return to customers any items left in our vehicles or the vehicles of subcontractors.
Each piece of luggage transported in the trunk should be labeled with the name and surname of the Owner. The obligation to mark the luggage rests with the Passenger.
Excessive amounts of luggage should be agreed in advance with the Contractor (baby or wheelchair, sports equipment, bicycles, etc.).
Each passenger is entitled to transport one suitcase up to 32 kg and one hand luggage up to 5 kg.
The driver has the right to refuse to take luggage if it does not meet the requirements set out in these Regulations.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages and other intoxicants, as well as smoking, is prohibited in vehicles. The fee for each violation of this provision is PLN 2,000.00.
Contamination of the upholstery requiring cleaning is PLN 500.
Fly Transfer and our drivers have the right not to allow passengers to take a seat in the vehicle or to refuse to continue transporting passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behavior constitutes a threat to the driver, the vehicle or other passengers without the obligation to reimburse the costs incurred by the passenger in connection with journey
None of the provisions of these regulations affect the customer’s rights under applicable regulations.
Payments
Payment by credit or debit card is not subject to any additional fees.
If you choose to book the transfer via fly-transfer.pl, payment can be made before or after the service: in cash, by credit/debit card directly from the driver or by transfer. To agree on the form of payment, please contact us at biuro@fly-transfer.pl or by phone: +48 783 149 573.
In some cases, Fly Transfer requires a reservation fee or the total transfer fee in advance. The customer can pay for the transfer by transfer to the Fly Transfer account:
Your booking may be subject to additional charges (e.g. waiting times, parking, motorway tolls, entry tickets, meals and driver accommodation).
Hourly rates include a 40km limit for each full hour unless otherwise noted or agreed.
The price includes: passenger insurance, driver with knowledge of English, car rental and fuel.
The price does not include: parking fees, highway tolls, entry ticket, meal and accommodation for drivers.

The quoted price is the final price based on the information provided at the time of booking and will not increase by additional unforeseen costs unless the route is changed or additional journeys are undertaken at your express request and with your consent. changes should be reported to biuro@fly-transfer.pl
By providing your e-mail address, you agree to receive e-mails from Fly Transfer. your e-mail address will never be passed on to other entities.
Personal data is protected and processed in accordance with the requirements arising from the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182).
Reservation
If you book a given service on fly-transfer.pl, you will receive a booking confirmation from us to the e-mail address provided in the order form.
If you wish to add/change booking details or cancel a booking, please contact us at biuro@fly-transfer.pl.
Cancellations and returns
If the transfer is canceled more than 24 hours after the agreed departure time or scheduled arrival time, the Ordering Party is entitled to a full refund of the transfer fee.
In the event of cancellation of the transfer within 24 to at least 8 hours from the agreed departure time or scheduled arrival, the Ordering Party is entitled to a refund of the transfer fee less the booking amount:
If the transfer is canceled less than 8 hours after the agreed departure time or scheduled arrival time, the Ordering Party is not entitled to a refund of the transfer fee.
If the failure to complete the transfer for reasons other than those described in these regulations is attributable to Fly Transfer, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
Information about data processing
The administrator of fly-transfer.pl personal data is Fly Transfer based in Przemyśl, performing transfers on the basis of permits and licenses issued by competent public administration bodies.
Personal data of natural persons are processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such personal data, also known as GDPR (EU General Regulation on the Protection personal data), which will enter into force directly in national legal systems on May 25, 2018.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing.
You have the right to object to further processing,
and in the event of consent to data processing, to withdraw it.
Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing,
which took place until the consent was withdrawn.
You also have the right to transfer data (in particular transaction history).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Collection of personal data
Certain visitors to fly-transfer.pl choose to interact (e.g. fill out a form) that requires Fly Transfer to collect personal data. The amount and type of information collected by Fly Transfer depends on the nature of the interaction. in each case, Fly Transfer collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the fly-transfer.pl user’s interaction. Fly Transfer does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
Fly Transfer collects non-personally identifying information such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. the purpose of collecting non-personal data is to better understand how Internet users use websites and to compile aggregate statistics of visits to our website.
Protection of certain personal data
Fly Transfer discloses personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees and contractors that need to know that information in order to process it on Fly Transfer’s behalf, and that have agreed not to disclose the information to third parties. some of the contractors may be located outside Poland, in the European Union, where uniform principles of personal data protection have been in force since May 25, 2018. by using the fly-transfer.pl website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Fly Transfer does not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. other than employees and contractors as described above. Fly Transfer discloses personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law.

a cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and the visitor’s browser provides the information each time the visitor returns to the website. framework uses cookies to help identify and track visitors and assess site usage and access preferences. fly-transfer.pl visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to reject cookies before using the fly-transfer.pl websites, provided that some features of the fly-transfer.pl websites, may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
Fly Transfer does not store any sensitive personal data. personal data will be stored for a period no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing and may be deleted at any request of the user, who has the right to:
correcting, supplementing, updating or rectifying your personal data,
raise an objection to the processing of your personal data,
request the deletion of your personal data, the right to be forgotten.

Fly Transfer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of processed personal data. after the provision of services related to data processing is completed, it deletes all existing copies, unless European Union or Polish law requires the storage of personal data.
After detecting a personal data protection breach, Fly Transfer reports the incident without undue delay to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection and, if necessary, to the cybersecurity department of the Ministry of Digital Affairs within 72 hours, and immediately notifies the persons whose data was breached.
Fly Transfer
